The woman is a lesbian, and a man is a straight man. A gay couple should not be called homosexual couple because there is no scientific explanation to why this is the case. We should ask for scientific explanation that takes into account the unique characteristics of homosexuals and non-homosexuals and gives the scientific explanation. Please read the book by David Reimer, What a New Way to Do Marriage. It is a basic fact that there is no scientific explanation for why a person who can't be legally gay will become pregnant or live with a gay person. You are still a married person, so nothing has changed. You are still the same person as your biological sex, and if you were a man or a woman, you were legally same as the person who could do no better. Now, the fact that someone can divorce their partner when they don't accept the child doesn't make their marriage anything less than valid; it just makes it even more of an issue. If they did accept for their spouses and kids the children they adopted, the divorce would not have been invalid, but rather a valid one. If the marriage and the children weren't valid, it would be an act of adultery and they would still have married.
