Police said she had a history of mental illness and was in a stable mental health condition. She was being treated at a nearby hospital, although she was not on life support. Neighbours said: There was a whole house with a big chimney underneath, with no lights at all which got very bad for everyone. It's pretty amazing to think it's a whole house under fire now, you could barely see it without seeing it. Police said police had arrested 12 people, three of them suspected of arson or drug dealing. None had been charged, but their bail was set at £100,000. The man, aged 20 or so, said he was carrying some sort of prescription medication, which police referred to as blacklight.
