The fact is though though that it doesn't stop with us. It's possible that a woman's sexuality is more important than someone's color, and it is possible that you already had the idea in mind. And, if that's the case, you could learn a lot, so take heart, folks. I would also like to point out that there are a lot of Black people who experience sexual harassment and violence at college, and many of you may know the story of a black student, who was bullied as a member of the university's LGBT students club. She came out and came out the other day as lesbian and transgender and got attacked, beaten and threatened on campus because she had not been treated by a female at work. The most recent incident that occurred between a white female and her black boyfriend, resulted in an assault at the White House and resulted in her receiving death threats. In the wake of these incidents, I would like to remind all of our Black students and staff members that there is a great place within this campus for allies and allies, and there is one place for anyone who goes through this to speak out to prevent this horrible hate.
